Our Position

KannadaScreen is a post-OTT aggregator. We do not host, store, upload, or serve any video from our own servers. We index links to content that is publicly available through third-party platforms, only after films have completed their theatrical and OTT exclusivity windows.

We operate in good faith and maintain a strict policy of removing content upon receipt of a valid takedown notice. Any DMCA-flagged content is removed immediately and permanently blocked from our platform.

Blocked Content

The following content IDs have been permanently removed and blocked from KannadaScreen following DMCA notices:

  • ID: 13297974909 — Removed April 2026 following DMCA policy action
  • ID: 79601436077 — Removed and blocked

These IDs are hard-coded as blocked in our platform and cannot be re-added.

Takedown Procedure

To submit a valid DMCA notice, include all of the following:

  1. Your identity: Full legal name, organisation (if applicable), email and phone number
  2. Copyrighted work: Description of the work — film title, release date, studio name
  3. Infringing URL: The specific URL on kannadascreen.com where the content appears
  4. Proof of ownership: Statement that you are the rights holder or authorised agent
  5. Good faith statement: Statement that you believe the use is not authorised
  6. Accuracy statement: Statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate
  7. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

Where to Submit

Send your DMCA notice via our Contact page with subject: "DMCA Takedown Request". We commit to reviewing valid notices within 48 hours and removing flagged content immediately.

Policy Notices: If a page on our site has been flagged for copyright content, please submit a DMCA notice and we will immediately identify and permanently block the relevant content.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice including: your name, address, phone, email; identification of the removed content; statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error; and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

KannadaScreen permanently blocks access to any content that is subject to repeat copyright complaints.
